1. No Returns on Digital Products
All products sold on Fetocart are digital downloads.
Because digital items cannot be returned once delivered, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Wrong purchase made by the customer
- Change of mind
- Incorrect downloads
- Not liking the product after purchase
- Not reading the product description properly

- A working download link
- A replacement product of the same category
Replacements are issued only after verifying the claim.
5. Unauthorized Distribution or Abuse
No refunds will be provided if:
- The product was shared or distributed
- Download attempts exceeded normal limits
- Our files were misused or modified
- There is suspicion of fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to deny refund claims in such cases.
